Tim serves as a fractional finance director for churches and faith-based schools, bringing structured financial clarity and forward-looking advice to boards, committees, and leadership teams. He communicates complex financial matters clearly to people without a finance background.

He held senior finance roles at Yale University, the University of Richmond, and Washington and Lee University School of Law, managing multi-fund operating budgets and long-range financial models and advising on international campus expansion, new programs, and large-scale capital planning. He has also served his own church as treasurer and director of finance, so he knows firsthand the challenges volunteer boards and finance committees face.

Tim holds a B.S. in Finance from Connecticut State University, an MBA from the University of Connecticut, and a certificate in Higher Education Leadership from Harvard University.
